Salam Al-Ahmad is a MEAL Assistant at Badael with over 10 years of experience in civil activism. Since 2014, she has worked in various fields namely peacebuilding, human rights, gender-based violence, including supporting survivors of detention and child protection. She has a strong passion for feminist participatory monitoring and evaluation, with a focus on achieving inclusive and tangible results. Additionally, she is engaged in community organizing and grassroots change. Currently, she is in her final year studying English Literature, and enjoys exploring how popular cultures impact social relationships and individual experiences, enriching her perspective on social dynamics and change.
