Kinan Azzouz

Operations Director

Kinan oversees operational processes, strategic planning, and organizational management at Badael. His work includes financial management, policy development, and administrative affairs with a focus on compliance, HR matters, and cross-functional team coordination.
He holds a BA in Economics and an MA in Financial Sciences from Tishreen University in Syria and has completed additional training in civil society, management, and psychology. Kinan has more than a 10-year diverse experience working with both international and local NGOs, including the Aga Khan Foundation and Syrian Researchers. Through his role, he supports Badael’s efforts in strengthening organizational efficiency and strategic development.
